Heading for Papers
First, don't forget that you need to DOUBLE SPACE all papers (essays/open response)
Second, don't forget to indent your paragraphs!
Third, look for illegal words, run-on sentences, fragments, capitilazation, punctuation, etc.
Now:
Put your spacing on DOUBLE SPACING
Your heading should be on the left-hand margin as follows:
Name
Date (either written out{September 20, 2009} or numerically {9/20/09})
Homeroom # (NOT the name of the teacher AND actually write Homeroom #125, etc.)
Subject
Example:
Andrea Levy
September 30, 2009
Homeroom #125
English
Three ways to double space on your computer:1.) Press control and #2 (or highlight all writing and then press C+2)
2.) Go up on tool bar and find 3 tiny lines with arrow key pointing down and find 2.0
3.) Go up to Format>paragrpah>single space> okay
